to thank you for your excellent customer service. I recently
purchased a battery for my Samsung mobile phone and it
arrived promptly in the timescale you said it would. I
subsequently found out that it was not the battery that
was at fault but the phone and therefore I had to request
a refund. Following your simple refunds policy instructions
I returned the battery and my account was credited in
full within a week without any problems

I feel that any company operating to the standard I have
received deserves a mention. Unfortunately I find that
the level of service offered by the majority of internet
companies is generally, at best, barely acceptable. With
mailorderbatteries.com I found what I was after within
a couple of minutes, purchased the items immediately and
had them in my hand well within 24 hours.
Unfortunately, as your prices were so good, after I'd
placed the order I found something else I wanted...(don't
you just hate that!?) A quick phone call had the order
amended immediately, politely and totally hassle-free.

and appears to discharge at the correct rate. I am very
