Just thought that I'd write a quick note of thanks as I feel that any company operating to the standard I have received deserves a mention. Unfortunately I find that the level of service offered by the majority of internet companies is generally, at best, barely acceptable. With mailorderbatteries.com I found what I was after within a couple of minutes, purchased the items immediately and had them in my hand well within 24 hours.
Unfortunately, as your prices were so good, after I'd placed the order I found something else I wanted...(don't you just hate that!?) A quick phone call had the order amended immediately, politely and totally hassle-free.
