Returns Information

When returning goods please include a covering letter stating:

1. Order ID Number. (This can be found on your invoice, if this is not available please e-mail enquiries@mailorderbatteries.com with your name and address requesting your Shopper ID no.)

2. Your name and address. (Include delivery address if different)

3. Description of the reason for return.

Please ensure the above information is included with all returns, neglecting to do so can prevent these from being processed.

Please make sure parcels are adequately protected for transportation as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods in transit being sent to us by a third party. Please also remember to ask for a Proof of Postage certificate from the Post Office when returning goods. This is for your own security and insurance against items lost in transit. We can not accept responsibility for any product(s) lost in transit.
