Please ensure the above information
is included with all returns, neglecting to do so
can prevent these from being processed.
When
returning goods please ensure that the correct postage
is attached, noting that with Royal Mail's new charging
system a first class stamp is no longer enough postage
for returning a battery.
Please make sure parcels are
adequately protected for transportation as we cannot
be held responsible for loss or damage to goods
in transit being sent to us by a third party. Please
also remember to ask for a Proof of Postage certificate
from the Post Office when returning goods. This
is for your own security and insurance against items
lost in transit. We can not accept responsibility
for any product(s) lost in transit.
